We – Anna and Klinta – both with more than 10 years of experience in the catering industry, discussed the idea of our own mobile catering van for a long time. But not standard. We wanted to create something special, new and undiscovered in these latitudes.

It was Anna’s trip to Portugal that inspired the tapioca project.

“I remember making my first homemade tapioca crepe on a cliff by the ocean while travelling around southern Portugal by bus,” says Anna. “Enjoying this crepe in the fresh air with the ocean waves at our feet and birds overhead, it was a revelation that this is exactly what we want in our bus.”
